Refund policy

Due to the specialised nature of our products, all purchases made through this website are considered final.

All items are supplied strictly for research and laboratory purposes only. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and processed for dispatch.

Refunds will only be reviewed under the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect item was supplied as a result of our error
  • The product arrived damaged during transit
  • The shipment is deemed lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

If you believe your order meets one of the above conditions, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Relevant supporting evidence (such as photos or carrier confirmation where applicable)

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method.

Please note, refund requests may be declined in situations where:

  • Products have been opened, altered, or used
  • The claim does not align with carrier tracking or delivery confirmation
  • The order was placed incorrectly by the customer

This policy operates in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law (ACL). However, consumer guarantees may not apply where goods are purchased for research, laboratory, or other non-consumer use.
