Payment Policy

Bank Transfer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring payment is sent to the correct bank account as displayed during checkout and in the payment instructions provided by Prime Peps.

Payments sent to an incorrect bank account due to customer error cannot be accepted as payment for an order. Prime Peps is not responsible for funds transferred to an account that does not belong to us.

If you accidentally send payment to the wrong account, you must contact your bank immediately to request a payment recall or recovery. Once the funds have been recovered or the issue has been resolved, you may place a new order using the correct payment details.

Please verify the following before completing your bank transfer:

  • BSB
  • Account Number
  • Payment Reference (if applicable)
